We, Synergy Thrislington, originated from the roots of Thrislington Products Company Limited, UK, excelling in various kinds of doors and parts since 1946, and were taken over by the Synergy Group in 2009. Synergy Group has a wide dimension in the market, having its presence in Prefab structure, real estate construction with companies Synergy Telecommunication and Instacom Private Limited, respectively.
With the acquisition of En Re Plant & Machinery, product know-how and all other intellectual property have come from the UK to India at Synergy Thrislington. Its state-of-the-art plant is located in Nalagarh- Tehsil of District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, in India. The well-laid-out facility is spread over 5 acres of land with a covered area of 1Lakh square feet. You can see a temple within the plant to imbibe positive vibes in the workspace to keep the employees happy and satisfied. 1) Clean Room: For an environment which enables the control of wall par on their process, particularly important for today's healthcare, drug and medicine, manufacturing, telecommunication, semiconductor, food processing, ranging from class 100000 up to class 1 - Synergy Thrislington was first in India to introduce & install the clean Room concept. Since then, running its operations & providing service throughout the world, dedicatedly to ensure the quality, cost effectiveness, and satisfaction of every customer.
2) Metal Doors, Fire-rated Doors & Clean Room Doors Manufactured from GPSP/Stainless Steel sheets tailored to fulfil each and every requirement of the market. Fire-rated doors with a fire resistance range, synergy offers seamless joints having fire-rated Infill material, fire-resistant levels of min 2 hours at 1000 degrees Celsius temperature. The doors can be made single or double leaf with desired glazing op on & pure polyester powder coating (60-80 micros) RAL shade.
3) Office Par on: Synergy Thrislington offers solid semi-glazed, fully glazed, double-glazed par on with venetian blinds.

Manufacturing Process Roune
Now we would like to walk through the manufacturing process in the Systema C flow. - - - -
Raw Material Unloading: Raw material received in the form of coils (GPSP/SS/PPGI/G.I.). Coils are unloaded through overhead cranes and placed in the RM yard.
Incoming Inspec on: Unloaded coils are inspected by the quality engineer according to or as per requirements.
De-coiling and Cut-to-length: Required thickness coils are loaded on de de-coiler, and sheets are cut to the required lengths and inspected by the Q.A. Engineer. Materials used in products are tested and certified to deliver the quality & maintain transparency, which builds the trust of the clients
Laser/CNC/Punching: Sheets are formed in different profiles or cutouts with the help of advanced laser and CNC punching machines.
Bending and Panel Roll forming: Sheets are formed in various profiles (Panel/Door/frames) on bending and roll forming, and inspection is done by a quality engineer.
Fabrication and filling: Panels are fabricated, and sffeners are being fixed on panels. Infill material (Rockwool/Honeycomb/Puf) is filled with a proper process as per the requirement.
Roughing and Powdering: Roughing and surface cleaning are done on the panels. Then, powder coating is done in an automatic powder coating plant. (In-process inspection is done by a quality engineer for powder coating quality).
Pre-dispatch inspection on: Pre-dispatch inspection on is done on 100% panels. Systema C process flow for working on every project to build and ensure coordination within the department of reporting to the clients as well.
Packing: Panels are being covered by surface protectant on films, and all four corners and sides are covered with hard poly, and wrapping is done.
FG and dispatch: Packed material is then dispatched through containers. First & foremost, aim to achieve delivery milestones with best-in-class quality.
