We strengthen the industry from within through the CAP Year #2 program, an extension of Year #1 that builds on its foundation. This second year provides opportunities for participants to sharpen leadership skills, expand professional networks, and prepare for greater responsibilities.
The Foundation makes this possible by fully funding a year-long leadership training for every CAP Year #2 participant, ensuring access to the tools, resources, and experiences needed to succeed. By continuing this journey, NGFF not only supports individual growth but also cultivates the next generation of association leaders who will guide our industry forward.
