Myande’s lysine process features high-efficiency biological fermentation technology that ensures a high sugar-acid conversion rate. Raw materials for producing lysine include glucose, corn syrup, liquid ammonia, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and magnesium sulfate. Through fermentation, membrane filtration, refining, concentration, cooling crystallization, and dewatering, 98 lysine is obtained. 70% L-lysine sulfate product is obtained by membrane filtration concentrate mixing, concentration, spray granulation, and drying.
It provides lysine turnkey plant solutions with capacities ranging from 100TPD to 600TPD.
