Imas ranked 772nd among 'Top 1000 Exporters of Türkiye' according to the 2024 data recently published by TIM (Turkish Exporters' Assembly). Having the top ranking among grain and feed milling machinery manufacturers, Imas has once again demonstrated its leadership in the industry.
Taking big steps in the industry for over 35 years, Imas managed to keep its leading position as ‘Export Leader of Türkiye’ in grain and feed milling machinery industries in 2024 again, with its total exports following 2023.
‘Top 1000 Exporters of Türkiye’ was officially announced by TIM (Turkish Exporters' Assembly) in July 2025, and Imas took the 772nd place this year, significantly outperforming other manufacturers in its sector based on total export value. This major achievement reflects the company's vision, experience, and strong global presence in feed milling technologies, similar to grain milling.
Building Not Just Mills, 'Mega Mill' Projects
Imas produces a complete range of grain and feed milling machinery and builds turnkey projects worldwide, including steel construction, automation, assembly, and installation services. The company has already established a strong global presence with exports to over 120 countries across 5 continents, and a portfolio of more than 500 turnkey projects worldwide.
Furthermore, Imas also stands out as an experienced solution partner in ‘Mega Mill’ projects... As one of the largest projects in the industry, the first ‘Mega Mill’ project built by Imas has been operational in Nigeria since 2023, with a total capacity of 2.400 tons per day. In addition, the company has another ‘Mega Mill’ project in its project portfolio, having a 3,200 tons per day capacity and located again in Nigeria, currently under installation.
Similarly, Imas stands out in the industry with numerous high-capacity feed mill projects worldwide up to 30 tons per hour, which have been either successfully completed or are currently under installation.
R&D Leader in Grain and Feed Milling Technologies
Not only hold the position of export leader, Imas is also recognized as the R&D leader in the grain and feed milling technologies. Since 2015, the company has been listed among ‘Top 250 R&D Leaders of Türkiye’, furthermore among ‘Top 10 R&D Leaders’ in the Turkish machinery sector across all industrial segments since 2021 (according to the rankings published by Turkishtime based on R&D expenditures of companies).
Imas R&D center's mission is to set the ‘New Engineering Standards’ in the milling industry, standing out with its contributions to the industry through design development, efficiency testing and analysis, numerous patents and utility models, as well as scientific studies.
