STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Multimilla + was developed with an ‘untraditional structural design approach’ focused on strength, durability, and hygiene. Food safety standards is ensured through the machine with the stainless steel contact surfaces, rounded internal corners, and minimized dead areas.
Mineral Casting Carrier Chassis® is a special chassis design developed by Imas R&D team, which offers 20 times better vibration damping ability than the welded steel, and provides higher operational reliability and extended long term durability.
FEEDING SYSTEM
Infrared Level Sensors
The level control in the inlet bunker is carried out via infrared sensors, which provides precise measurement and feeding management. Also, the system is equipped with Feed Roll Rotation Sensor against any unexpected situation.
Direct Drive Technology
Multimilla + roller mill uses direct drive system for feeding rolls as a standard. The system offers efficiency, trouble-free operation, and minimized maintenance advantages.
GRINDING TECHNOLOGY
New Generation Torque Motors
New Generation Torque Motors are presented with Multimilla roller mill as an option. which provides energy efficiency compared to traditional induction motors. Moreover, torque motors offer a smooth and reliable operation, as well as space saving, reduced initial investment cost, and variable speed etc. advantages.
i-GPC® Active Grinding Pressure Control
i-GPC® system eliminates the need for adjusting the grinding gap manually, while enabling high efficiency, extraction, and consistency together with real time and automatic monitoring of the grinding pressure.
USER FRIENDLY DESIGN
Multimilla + roller mill is designed for easy operation, cleaning, and maintenance. The machine offers ease of accesibility thanks to fully opening design of front covers, the sliding feeding group can be removed easily as a single unit, and the fast changing of grinding rolls can be carried out in just around 15 minutes.
Multimilla + roller mill also comes with SMARTLUB® option which provides a centralized, automated, and safe lubrication maintenance for roll housings.
Developed by Imas, SMARTLUB® can be used for a single roller mill whereas all roller mills in the plant can also be connected and managed together.
