This year for our Milling for
Executives course, we have the pleasure to partner with the German Milling
School (DMSB) for an in-depth training.
Our guest trainer Joerg Maurer is based in Buhler Braunschweig, Germany. He
is a senior technologist for wheat, rye, durum & maize processing. Joerg
also has vast experience world-wide in start-up and optimization of the milling
processes. His vast experience has seen him commissioning mills all over the
world from Russia, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Czech Republic,
Switzerland & Jordan. Previously he lectured in the Swiss School of Milling
(SMS) and currently is a lecturer at the German Milling School (DMSB).
