Ceradis B.V. Hires New Supply Chain and Product Development Leader for the Americas

WAGENINGEN, THE NETHERLANDS (June 11, 2025) – Ceradis B.V., a global developer and marketer of environmentally friendly plant nutrition and crop protection solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Thiago Gianeti as Supply Chain and Product Development Leader for the Americas. 

With more than 15 years of experience spanning agribusiness supply chains, research and development, regulatory affairs, and technical innovation, Gianeti brings extensive expertise and a proven track record of delivering profitable, high-impact results. His appointment supports Ceradis' continued growth across the Americas and its commitment to scientific innovation and operational excellence.

“Thiago’s combination of scientific expertise, commercial acumen, and hands-on operational leadership makes him a perfect fit for this position,” says Lon Kreger, North America Marketing and Sales Leader for Ceradis. “He will play a critical role in advancing our product pipeline and ensuring a resilient, high-performing supply chain in the Americas.” 

Before joining Ceradis, Thiago held senior roles at Ourofino Agrociência, a Brazilian agricultural company specializing in crop protection products. He worked across the company’s headquarters in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, and its production facility in Uberaba, Minas Gerais. During his tenure, Thiago led key initiatives in supplier innovation, strategic sourcing, and process development. He successfully managed multi-million BRL projects and played a pivotal role in new molecule development, innovative project coordination, and international supplier audits.

Earlier in his career, Gianeti served as an Academic Support Technician at UNESP de Botucatu, part of the São Paulo State University system. He also held technical and sales positions at PerkinElmer do Brasil Ltda., and Varian Inc., earning recognition for exceptional commercial performance.

Gianeti holds a PhD in Chemistry from UNESP in Botucatu, a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from UNICAMP in Campinas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from USP Ribeirão Preto - all located in São Paulo State, Brazil.
